Postmortem: Nyan Neko Sugar Republic

[this post does not contain spoilers for NNSR}

the idea for this started as a joke from my frequent collaborator Bright Side, making a joke about a "glorious neko sugar republic" game, which of course I took very seriously. I had a lot of fun with this game. as a NNSG enthusiast to an extreme degree I knew how to nail the tone and art with an accuracy that scared the shit out of me. I am also a big ancient history nerd (im more into Greece than rome but I have been reading a lot of roman history recently), I even have a degree in history, so I wanted to really make it seem like things were as if it were done by someone who sorta knew what they were doing? but not all the way, for comedic effect of course.

there honestly is not much I can say about this game other than it is my first visual novel, which I am very proud of myself for doing so well my first time around. I would love if soapopera46 would do voice acting for the game but that's asking too much I think lol.
